The Emerald City Comicon (ECCC) is an annual comic book convention taking place in Seattle, Washington.

Originally taking place at the city's CenturyLink Field (first at West Field Plaza, then at the Event Center), the venue changed in 2008 to its current home at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center.

Originally starting out on greeting cards, the Care Bears become one of the most successful franchises of the 80s, spawning succesful tv shows, movies, toys and more.

Living in the Kingdom of Caring, each Care Bear comes in a different color and has a specialised insignia on its belly that represents its personality. The common theme of the Care Bears is to teach younger viewers to respect one another.

This Pop! features Good Luck Bear in a flocked form, a fortuitous bear that never seems to run out of good luck. However, this has less to do with the fact that he can create his own four-leaf clovers, and more to do with his exceptionally bright, positive outlook on life.
