After their successful recreation by InGen, the Mosasaurus came back to life in the enclosures of Jurassic World. Due to being cloned from a recently uncovered fossil, this Mosasaurus kept many features of its original counterpart. It included a frill that ran along its back but lacked a forked tongue and a large tail.

Swimming in a 3 million gallon pool named the Jurassic World Lagoon, visitors could watch it feed during the Mosasaurus Feeding Show.
