Reviews are intended to assist our customers with their purchases, so please tell us what you liked about the product. Once you have submitted your review after you have received your items, it will be read by one of our staff. The staff will decide to either approve or not approve. Games Keys Australia reserves the right to approve, not approve and edit reviews at the discretion of our staff. Product reviews will only be approved if you have purchased the item through the Games Keys Australia website. Only 1 review per item per customer will be allowed.

If you place an order and decide to redeem your GKA Keys Card as a discount against that order and then decide to cancel that order, the GKA Keys Card redemption is final and lost on that cancelled order.
Once GKA Keys are spent to purchase GKA Keys Card, they are gone!
The GKA Keys cannot be transferred between two customer accounts.

In Stock orders is dispatched within 5-10 Working Days of the payment approval.
Preorders are dispatched within a day or two once we have the items at our location in Truganina.

When we create the shipping from Australia Post, we make sure you get the email from Australia Post to track your item. You also get an e-mail from sales@gameskeysaustralia.com regarding your tracking number when the item is marked as shipped by our staff.

Shipping within Australia is AUD $8.95 for items under AUD $100.
Orders over AUD $100 qualify for free shipping. YES, we mean it.
Shipping outside Australia is calculated at the checkout depending upon Country Zone and Weight.

Yes, you can. We will let you know via SMS and Email when the order is ready to be picked up.

A pre-order product is one which has either yet to be released to the public. It is either on its way to our warehouse from Suppliers or it is currently in the manufacurering process. Sometimes a product that was in stock but has now temporarily sold out and we are awaiting it to arrive back into stock. It follows then that a Pre-Order ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is the time at which we expect a pre-order product to arrive into our Warehouse. Now, this Pre-Order ETA is either supplied to us by the manufacturer of the product or is amended as and when we receive updated shipping advice.

Being a retailer in the Collectables industry, quite often these ETA's can be delayed... sometimes significantly. Please know that most often this is beyond our control and is simply the nature of the collectables industry. As soon as we get information about when a product is about to ship or that it has in fact been delayed, we will update the Pre-Order ETA on our website for that particular product.
