WE ARE OPEN UNTIL DECEMBER 23rd

Our last post dispatch will be December 20th.

However Pickups and Customer Service will finish @ 5pm December 23rd (To allow us the final day to finalise orders and existing enquiries)

We will re-open on Monday Jan 10th and this will be the first dispatch day. Note we will be short staffed & Catching up on dispatches until the 10th January so please expect longer processing times.

ANY AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $150 TOTAL DISPATCHED AFTER 15th DECEMBER WILL BE SHIPPED AS EXPRESS SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched from Truganina, Victoria, 3029. Parcels are sent Trackable postage. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

ORDER EARLY!

While we dispatch as quickly as possible, we do rely on Australia Post. All time frames provided are ESTIMATES only. We find that over 99% of orders arrive within the estimated time frames, however during the Christmas period Australia post does warn that delays can happen. We can lodge parcel enquiries with Australia post 10 days after the estimated delivery date. If you have an order that has been in transit longer than this please do contact us so we can lodge an enquiry on your behalf.

BACKORDERS/PREORDERS

If you receive a backorder notice at the checkout and you need your item by a particular date please SMS 0466640883 and we can advise the estimated arrival date.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY CUT OFF DATES

Please note these dates are based on our standard dispatch times and Australia post delivery estimates. As we do rely on Auspost, orders after these dates will not be guranteed delivery for Christmas presents. Even with the Express Shipping Option
